In our inaugural Friday session we covered advanced breathing exercises and practiced breathing under pressure. We covered Sanshin with an advanced fitness component and moved on to the Koshi Sanpo section of Kihon. We also covered basic cuts from Jodan as well as receiving a cut from Jodan by using principles from the Koshi Sanpo. Finally we analysed and compared the difference between unarmoured sword technique and armoured sword technique. We closed the class with a light striking sparring session.

Our Monday class will be on as usual.
